("Lovely Meds", "we", "us", or "our") partners with Beluga Health, P.A. and its affiliated medical groups ("Beluga Health Provider Group") to facilitate access to licensed medical professionals ("Providers"). Medical services are provided solely by the Providers. Lovely Meds provides the platform and non-clinical support.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and the Notice of Privacy Practices of the Beluga Health Provider Group. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. No Medical Advice by Lovely Meds

Lovely Meds is not a healthcare provider. Clinical care is delivered solely by Providers contracted with Beluga Health Provider Group. Lovely Meds does not influence clinical decisions or recommend specific treatments. You are responsible for how you use any information received.

2. Not for Emergency Use

Do not use this Site for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Prescription Policy

Prescriptions are issued only if medically appropriate and permitted by state law. There is no guarantee of prescription issuance. Controlled substances are not prescribed. Patients must follow all label instructions and contact a healthcare professional with any concerns.

4. Availability of Services

Services are only available in states where Beluga Health Provider Group operates. Access from other locations is prohibited.

5. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed as one-time transactions. Lovely Meds does not support subscriptions or recurring billing. Prices and availability are subject to change. Orders are subject to review and may be declined or refunded.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Due to federal regulations (FDA/DSCSA), medications cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once dispensed. If you are dissatisfied, contact our support team for assistance. Lovely Meds does not offer subscriptions, and each purchase is a single transaction.

7. Site Access and Security

Users must be 18 or older. Account security is your responsibility. Do not share credentials or attempt unauthorized access.

8. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically.

9. Intellectual Property

Unused medications should be disposed of responsibly via DEA-authorized sites or home disposal methods (e.g. mixing with dirt or cat litter in a sealed bag).
